1. Return Window
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
For a product to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:
- Unopened and Unused: The item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and personal care items generally cannot be returned.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all original packaging materials (boxes, seals, etc.) and components (including any free gifts).
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
- Product tags/labels must be intact.
Returns may not be possible if:
- Personal hygiene items or cosmetics have been opened or used (as specified).
- The item was purchased during a sale or promotion (unless otherwise stated).
- The product was damaged due to customer negligence.
- The return window has passed.
3. How to Request a Return
- Initiate Request: To request a return, please contact us at visocarino2025@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and inform you whether your return is approved. If approved, we'll provide detailed instructions and the return address.
- Ship Product: Securely package the product and send it to the address provided. The return shipping cost is customer's responsibility or depends on the reason for return. If the product is faulty, we cover shipping; for simple change of mind, the customer covers it.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card refunds will be processed to the card, bank transfers to the original account).
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable, and for returns due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
